This is a manga adaptation from light novel series. In this chapter, the main female (Katarina Claes) is chloroformed by some mysterious guys. All she could say in the last scene was "what is this sweet smell?" and "why do i feel so sleepy suddenly?".
There is also an anime adaption which is currently airing every Saturday and I am pretty sure this scene will happen within next few episodes (will update later).
The wake up scene happens in the next chapter, however, is a bit disappointing as she wakes up as if nothing happened yesterday!

@Red : Thanks a lot! There is also a scene where this MC is forced to sleep forever by that guy in the 3rd panel too. And I think I might have a minor typo again, it's "adaptation" instead I typed "adaption", if can, would you mind fixing it for me? I will pay more attention next time.

Was expected this scene to be happened in season 1. Anyway, season 2 has been announced, let's hope this will happen as well!

@Red : Yes! Episode 11 and 12 are between chap 15 and chap 20. The kidnapping part begins just right after that, from chapter 22 when MC is invited to School Festival to the latest chapter and it's still ongoing (currently at chapter 28 which came out a few days ago).
