This is the "Beauty and the Beast" cover. If I am not mistaken, this cover is drawn by the great Al Rio!
The Beast is shown wounded with arrows, with a burning castle in the background. He cradle carries an unconscious Belle. She's wearing some sort of nightgown or evening dress.

I think this is just a wonderful piece of art. The girl is drawn beautifully. It's a good old fashioned peril/sleepy comic cover.
