A local stage production company is involved in some evil doing. Miss America investigates. She enters the old theatre is almost struck from behind by a bad guy. For a change, she senses the danger, turns and ko's the malaprop. But trouble persists. The head of the crime organization is an old theatre man whose stage act once was hypnosis. He attempts to cast a spell on the dark haired beauty, and partially succeeds.
