Well in the first volume of this mini a controlled Harley Quinn is walking around Gotham with a bazooka in her cowl and pjs and barefoot. Catwoman and bats stop her and she passes out. Batman gives her some medicne to take awsy he Bedbug's control of her and tosses her over his shoulder and takes her to Selina's car and puts her in the back. The whole time Delina thinks this is Dick but its Bruce and when she finally sees its Bruce kisses him. Harley comes to only to get clocked by Selina and back to drramsville she goes.
Now I may have this wrong but the villian in the book this happens in is called Bedbug if that helps.
