Batgirl is waiting near a shipping dock for "The Whiskers" to show up. "The Whiskers" is an original female cat villain, probably based off Catwoman.

The Batgirl version in this comic is based off the early Batman syndicated TV show.

Anyway, one of The Whiskers' henchgirls sneaks up behind Batgirl and chloroforms her! They hold Batgirl tight to make sure she succumbs. The chloroform fumes eventually render Batgirl unconscious, and she lets out a sigh before falling asleep.
