For a second I thought this said "Blue Bulleteer is quite a "gem"!! She is, of course. I believe Bill Black (my real life hero) did this fantastic rendering as a "one shot" special scene. I do not think there is a story that goes with this. Still, what a great looking gal!!

Oh yeah, I did see that Mark Heike did the drawing, but Bill Black was the Publisher and Managing Editor of AC Comics which published this. BTW Bill's username on Ebay is REDMASK. Look for him.
