Good scene of Sheena lying knocked out on the stretcher. If I'm not mistaken Sheena was slugged and knocked out and fell into the water. And I believe when this issue came out it was originally in 3'D. About 1953.

The 1953 3-D version was a reprint of a much earlier issue, possibly as early as 1946 or so; and because it was in 3-D it was not in color, but in shade of grey and black.

I think the "carry" scene, even though it is only a silhouetted rendering, is sensational -- she looks so helpless. And the issue number is #79, meaning it is in the early to mid 1940's.
