Unless that is a gaseous form of Kryptonite it should have no effect on Supergirl. I do notice that it is green in color, so maybe it is vaporous Kryptonite. Just remember, Supergirl, like Superman can fly in outer space from planet to planet, and since outer space has no oxygen, it is apparant that they have no need of oxygen as other mortals do.

.. this aint hte real Supergirl, this is the 'Matrix' version which was not kriptonian and could be sedated with sleeping gas.
