Black Cat has been captured by Doc Ock in order to lure Spider-Man into the trap. Black Cat gets a little too annoying and Ock knocks her out by hitting her in the head with one of his tentacles. Then he hangs her limp body across a steel construction. No wakeup is shown. It's a shame she's only unconscious in the last picture.
