Nyoka Burned at the Stake:

Nyoka is grabbed and manhandled by some tribal natives. They tie her to a stake and set fire to it. This is an early issue in her long running series (#4) and here she looks more sexy than later issues -- better bustline and legs.

In this scene Nyoka is smashed in the face by a guy whose trying to get his hands on a goose that swallowed a huge diamond worth a fortune. After being cold-cocked, the unconscious Nyoka is tossed bodily into the river right near a waterfall.


Additional Info: Nyoka stories are in short chapters, and at the end of the last chapter she was tied to a stake to be burned alive. As this chapter begins, she is still tied, the fire is beginning to rage, and she struggles to get free. She manages to do so by burning the ropes off her hands. How she did this without serious injury to her hands and wrists is part of the fantasy. She continues to look sexy.
