Hate to sound so "out-of-it" but what are we looking at here? Is this an actual photograph of a girl sleeping on a table, and then a costume has been painted on her? This looks too real to be a "comic book cartoon" image!?

if you're refereing to #2, I believe it's a photomanipulation.
