It doesn't get much better than Barbarella. These comics (and the paper back book) were true gems. The french have a way to put ladies in peril. Always delicious.

I have the French version of this. Forest's artwork is great, but it still drives me nuts that I can't understand what they're saying in it. Oh well, at least now I understand three pages of it.

If my memory serves me right (after all, this is a 60's story, right?) the space alien machine she has been put in is an "orgasm inducing" machine, and it puts her in "sex heaven" for as long as she is hooked up to it. Wow!! A totally novel and unique concept. Hooray for the French. Hooray for Barbarella!!
