That is an excellent "superheroines-in-KO-peril" cover! Love it!

In storytelling (script writing) Bill Black and his crew had excellent instincts -- DID to the max. But I never understood why so often his luscious heroines had their great legs hidden by floppy boots. That's the case here . . . a great pic that could have been a classic if not for the D***
boots . . . what a shame. Still 4 stars in my book despite it all.

Definetely a sexy knockout pose of the unconscious Ms. Victory in midair. Wow! Does she ever look limp. Love where the villainess has her left hand.
