In Wonder Woman, Volume 1, Issue #177 (DC, August 1968), the alien ruler "Klamos the Mighty" deicides to pit various females from across the universe in a battle to the death -- the winner will become his queen! He captures two superheroines from Earth: Wonder Woman and Supergirl. His underlings come across Supergirl as she is battling some evil scuba divers. The aliens turn the sun red, weakening her back down to human female level, and she is punched out by her opponents. The aliens then get her in some sort of force field/tractor beam and capture the beautiful, helpless blonde heroine!

Sadly, Wonder Woman is not KOed as she is captured by Klamos's goons... oh well...

Indeed, this series depicts a "beautiful, helpless, blonde" superherione. In fact, to me, this is the best looking "helpless" Supergirl ever published. She is simply gorgeous here, and so outclassed and overpowered. And to me, that is when she is the absolute sexiest! Wow!!
