Eric Larson must have struck some sort of deal with Marvel(he worked for them in the 80's as well) he often uses characters from their books..can't believe they don't notice...any info on this would be welcomed...

Thor is a public domain character.. he was created before Marvel used him. Anyone can use Thor save for things specific to Marvel's thor
