This was original art that was sent to me as a gift. The artwork was done by Sofyan Syarief.
The female character is Kekko Kamen, a Japanese heroine who normally only wears a mask, gloves and boots (she fights nude).
For this piece though, she wears a bikini...though still a rather skimpy costume. She gets chloroformed by a "doctor" and is next seen chair tied.
