There were actually more army carry panels, but they were small and insignificant so I didn't bother.
You should be able to find this series on Mangafox.

@fcosta: I've searched everything from volume 1 to 20. So anything after that, I haven't even touched. It's a long series, so I am sure there's more to find. Lots of cute girls.

@fcosta This is from vol. 42 I think.
I'm actually flipping through volumes 21 to 47 right now. It's a surprisingly fun manga to look at, but in terms of sleepy scenes...really dry. Very disappointing in that regard.
