The main male protagonist is kidnapped off the street by a secret organization. He wakes up bound and tape gagged. He also sees a female friend unconscious and chained above a hot liquid.

The organization wants the boy to change into Ratman (a villainous superhero) and rescue the girl. This is as sort of a test.

Ratman succeeds in rescuring the blonde haired school girl, and we get a nice full page spread of her being carried to safety.
