From writer Alan Moore. This particular story involves the classic Golden Age heroine, Miss Masque. In this scene, Miss Masque is being held captive in some guy's 'trophy room' (aboard a space ship, I think?). The guy's name is 'Rusty', the Black Terror's Boy Sidekick. The room has a bunch of Golden Age Miss Masque memorabilia.
