This scene is from a French/European steampunk comic.

One scene shows a girl wearing a red uniform getting kicked unconscious. She gets strung up unconscious near an airship dirigible.

The same girl is later seen getting knocked out in a mental facility. The doctors and nurses there hook her up to an electro shock therapy machine. They even inject her with some drug.
