The cover shows the Invisible Woman being electrocuted by the woman from the previous issue. Inside, we see her unconsious in a patient gown, laying on an operating table. She wakes up for a short time, but then she falls unconsious again.

There's also another woman in a coma like state who the doctor plans to have Sue switch bodies with.
