I think Aaron Lopresti, the artist, has a sleepy thing too. I've noticed a lot of scenes in his works like Justice League International (3 issues with quality scenes) and even Ms. Marvel. He even has a creator owned thing called Garbage Man (I think) also with a sleepy carry. He focuses on these scenes in his works as if highlighting them. It helps that he has a nice style.
