Maxima fights Dana Dearden (Obsession) after both women lay claim to Superman - who is split into his red and blue personalities.

Maxima eventually scares off Dana, but rather than winning Superman's love she is instead subjected to a device that blocks her powers and renders her unconscious. Maxima is then transported to prison.
