Story title: "The Drained Brains Caper".

Thirteen year old Megan Yamamura has just arrived at a new school in Chicago. Things seem kind of weird there, and soon she uncovers the evil plans of Doctor Vorschak.

She visits the Doctor's office and things are already pretty suspicious. The doctor tricks Megan and injects her with a sleeping drug.

When Megan wakes up, she is tied to a table and tape gagged. She manages to sneak a text through a mobile phone though, and her friend comes to the rescue.
