With a war raging between the Avengers and the X-Men, some young mutants are brought to Avengers Academy to keep them out of the conflict. But trouble soon follows, and Tigra (Greer Grant) and other adults at the school think that Sebastian Shaw is out to kill the young students in an effort to hurt Emma Frost.

Having already defeated several adults on his way to the students, Shaw faces off against Tigra. Knowing that he can absorb the power of blows and blasts Tigra resolves to choke him out. Unfortunately for Tigra, Shaw slams her through a wall, knocking her out.
