Plot involves Dr. Demonicus leading a group of B-list supervillains in taking over an island and installing Demonicus as president for life. Somehow, conjuring an ancient demon is part of the plan too. Mockingbird gives herself up in order to save a group of airline passengers held hostage. But later on, she breaks free, buying time for US Agent to get away by taking on the entire villain team on her own. She nearly beats them all, much to the frustration of Demonicus, who laments on why his team of losers can't defeat one ordinary woman, only to be taken down again and re-captured. In the previous issue, Bobbi remarked on how she wasn't restrained nearly as thoroughly as Agent, merely having her hands shackled in front of her. Well, the bad guys made sure to rectify that little error this time around...
