I finished this commissioned piece recently. It depicts Marianne unconscious and shackled in Byleth's arms. Byleth has just rescued her. Marianne is wearing the game's alternate "summer" outfit, and has her "Three Hopes" hair style. Also went with Byleth's lighter hair style this time too.
