Pok�mon - Elesa Chloroformed

This piece features Elesa from Pok�mon Black and White. She's a gym leader who specializes in electric Pokemon. I'm using a costume that she wears in the mobile game "Masters EX". Similar to the Skyla piece I did last year, Elesa is getting kidnapped by a member of Team Plasma.
