Keiko Kitagawa gagged

Japanese show with Keiko Kitagawa (she played Sailor Mars in PGSM). She's bound and gagged, with a bomb nearby about to go off. This all takes place on a cruise ship. It appears she's waking up, so maybe she was knocked out earlier?
