I think BC is one of the greatest looking costumed heroines of all time . . . never "slutty looking", always clever with the banter, and great face and legs. This may be Harvey Publications' last valiant effort at DID gga, as the comic book code entered the picture less than a year after this issue came out, and BC went into 40 years of hibernation. What a gal she was!!

Agreed Paul, one of my fav.'s too. Just something about her outfit and the various and innovative perils she was in. She's right up there with Phantom lady.

She's always been a favorite of mine too. I don't know if she's ever been unmasked but I have always thought it was interesting in this scene even when I first saw it at about 11 yrs. old that they had time to tie her up but did not have time to unmask her. And there were 3 of them. Oh well that's why comics are so much fun. Don't we all wish she was still around.

Apparantly the writers also wondered why she is never unmasked, because in her 29 issue run she is unconscious more than a dozen times. I can't remember the number of the issue, but there is one story where she is riding a horse, and hit with a glancing blow, falls to the ground unconscious, and the villain rushes up to unmask her when her horse rears up and kicks him away. The writers seem to want to provide an excuse for why she is never unmasked. But let's face it, it would end her career, right? So they never let it happen. And that's got to be good!
