The original Spiderwoman in the red and yellow skin tight suit was far more sexy that this later version. Why'd they phase her out???

They didn't phase her out. Spiderwoman still exists today. Though her stories are much more...mature.

I don't like this suit. She doesn't even look feminine at all.
