Well, I've read the issue, and not only do the contents not match the cover, they don't even match the blurb.

OTOH, next issue supposedly has a fight between Wonder Woman and Power Girl, who is being mind-controlled by the Crows. Who are basically ripoffs of The Children of the Damned.

Aside: A group of crows is called a "murder" of crows.
