Velvet #3 tied up

Velvet had several appearances in the 90's. This issue is only one of at least 6 mini-series she appeared in, not all by the same publisher either. Malibu Publications did this particular mini-series.
I don't really know if this style of art qualifies as "Manga" but it is not my favorite by no means. Still, I think Velvet is quite sexy in a "cutesy sort of way". The year is 2019, and the place is St. Louis which had a devasting earthquake ten years earlier and is still struggling to recover from a big, big mess. Velvet is a petite female bounty hunter in a world where most men are built like giants. One of her buddies is a fellow named Garrote. He appears in these scenes and is trying to rescue her from a baddie twice the size of Garrote. The crook is a cop gone bad, along with two other cops. In the previous issue she had been KO'd, captured and tied up. I no longer have that issue, but these pics are taken from #3 which I still possess. Enjoy!
