Is it a coincidence, or does Supergirl's 'carry' scene in pic 1 resemble the famous Alex Ross "Death of Supergirl" cover for the 'Crisis' miniseries? Bruce Timm is a huge fan of the history of comics..I wonder.

It's not fair. Supergirl gets carried in cartoons and comics. But, in the movie, a guy tries to lift her but couldn't.
