It's a WWE smackdown! Natsuki (I think that's her, in the wrestling costume), gets KO'd during a live wrestling match. Her opponent is this fat dude. The fat wrestler does a pretty hard move on Natsuki, knocking her out in the ring. The final image is a two page spread showing the unconscious girl!
