I have this episode but I don't see any chloroform scene in it.

@bigfatgoalie : hmmm okay. I asked around and someone suggested it could be that episode, but I suppose it's a mistake. Any possible ideas what it could be?

User 'sin2345' on deviantArt has checked most episodes, and doesn't think it's in any of them.

One possibility is that it's in a TV special. Episode 381 Eagle and I!? ~ We are Asakusa Juvenile Detectives! ~
