The New Teen Titans face off against the Brotherhood of Evil.

The villainess Phobia (Angela Hawkins) finds herself in Roy Harper's cross-hairs, but uses her powers to make him experience his worst fears, effectively incapacitating him. Frances Kane comes to his rescue by throwing a solid object against the aristocratic villainess' head, knocking her unconscious. The two young heroes proceed to help their friends, during which Phobia is pictured twice.

Phobia and her fellow villains eventually wake up and resume the fight. They end up losing again, but this time they manage to escape through a portal.
