Series featuring Power Girl and Huntress (Helena Wayne) from Earth-Two.

One of my all-time favorite scenes ever. The artist is Yildiray Cinar (he's Turkish.) He did both the pencil and inks for this flashback story detailing one of Huntress' first outings as a crimefighter. He deserves the shout-out because the artwork here is so absolutely gorgeous it brings tears to my eyes. Probably the single best rendering of a hog-tie that I've ever seen. The ropework, the detail, is magnificent. The panel composition, the scene where you see her through the window, is just so good. Love Paul Levitz' dialogue and characterization too. How the bad guys are basically low-key scumbags not wanting to stir things up, completely confounded about what to do with this superheroine they've captured.
