Monsters vs. Aliens (2009)

A nice injection scene from this 3D animated movie.

A woman named Susan Murphy (voiced by Reese Witherspoon) is having a wedding. A meteor hits her and she transforms into a giant. Susan's white wedding dress grows with her, and rips a little.
The U.S. military arrives to handle the situation, and they launch a gigantic syringe towards Susan's rear end.

Susan yelps, and yanks the syringe out. She throws the syringe at a soldier's foot. The sedative starts to affect Susan, and she passes out.

Susan wakes up in some facility, wearing a new outfit.
