I Care a Lot

Actress Rosamund Pike is drugged and kidnapped by the Russian mob. In the first scene, Rosamund is knocked out via a tranquilizer dart.

She wakes up tied to a chair in the middle of a field.
Mob boss (played by Peter Dinklage) decides to dispose of her. She's chloroformed while tied to the chair in a lengthy scene. Great struggling from Rosamund; the scene ends with her sighing softly.
