Another treasure find for me. One of those female yakuza films, a subgenre of Japanese period dramas featuring tough, seductive and ruthless female outlaws or yakuza members as their leads ( One of, if not the most, known actress for these kinds of roles is Meiko Kaji 梶 芽衣子).

It was defintely a surprise for me when I came across this scene, since chloro scenes are rare among Japanese period dramas, but definitely a great find!

The tough and feared "Anego" gets lured into a trap, held down by two ambushers and promptly chloroformed. She actually fights off the cloth for a brief moment but is soon overpowered. After some good moans, the scene fades with a voiced monologue: "Damn it... Who are these people?" (or something like that).
