Wonder Woman v2 #82-83

Ares Buchanon explains his story as to why he hates Wonder Woman. This story is being told by Buchanon himself and in the end reveals WW's close friend Donna Milton as his accomplice.

At the end of the issue it shows Princess Diana sitting on a chair, hands bound behind her back with rope and cleave gagged.

Update:
The scene continues in issue #83, with Wonder Woman chained to a chair, and briefly unconscious.
Towards the end of #83, the bad guys throw Wonder Woman into a river, while still chained. She escapes though.
