1. Poison Ivy is knocked out via a club to the head. She's thrown in a pit and left to die (she gets saved at the end). 2. Harley is walking in the park when she suddenly gets injected in the neck.

Alice Sinner, the director of Arkham Asylum, is gassed by a trap flower (the flower belongs to Harley Quinn). Turns out, it's "Joker gas"...but the pass out is nice!
