Anita Hunt, a Japanese American agent, is chloroformed by some suit wearing thugs. She manages to fight off her attacker, but the chloroform (aka 'sleeping agent') knocks her out.
This is the famous and most collectible G. I. Joe comic. I got lucky and found it again for a dollar at a flea market. There are no words in this issue, but the story is well told. Scarlett is kidnapped by Storm Shadow (placed in a sack) and rescued by Snake-Eyes, but she helps save herself. This is a classic issue.

I remember seeing this when I was kid. And it is still the best OTS carry I've seen in a comic book! There are other pics of her being carried but they are so small they would barely register as a pixel.
