This is a rare Japanese unconscious cover! This is actually a novel, not a manga. The cover depicts a fantasy-like setting, with a female warrior holding a sleeping fair maiden. You can even see a speech bubble with "zzz" coming from the sleeping girl.

The main girl is hand gagged by a strange man wearing sunglasses and a surgical mask. The last two pages are unrelated bonus scenes I found.
