An agent named Scarlet is electrocuted by a trick remote. And while she doesn't pass out, in the next issue she is tied to some toy railroad tracks.

Black Terror and his sidekick get chloroformed. Their female friend is kidnapped and bound and gagged as well (briefly).

Black Terror (in his alter ego) is chloroformed by some thugs. His girlfriend is kidnapped while he's unconscious.

Some interesting scans from Black Terror #24. Issue 24 has a great bondage cover. I also liked the cover to issue 20, so I threw that in as well. There's a good bondage scene inside issue 24.
