Ellen Page would probably do a really great job of being hit on the head.

Also have to agree with Lady Gaga, especially in her classic, early look. Probably gas or hypnosis.

One girl that hasn't been said though, Jennifer Love Hewitt, through chloroform. She has great eyes to roll up.

I have this thing about Emmy Rossum, but I've already seen Gerard Butler do it to her in Phantom of the Opera. It has to be someone I have never seen in that situation. I think it would have to be either Tina Fey in her Sarah Palin persona or Amy Poehler as Hillary Clinton, unconscious in the arms of some big, tattooed biker dude.
