Arm cradle carry is my fav, but there are a variety of ways to portray this and my favorite way is a full body view (face, body, arms, legs, feet -- all fully displayed) AND ALSO I like a complete helpless and limp look not one where she appears to be semi-conscious. There is also another very RARE type of arm carry in Wonder Woman #63 Vol.2 where some alien from another dimension (named Drax) KO's the Amazon Princess and carries her (unconscious, limp, and totally helpless) in an upright position in his arms, kind of like a mother carries a toddler asleep on her shoulder . . . I think she looks totally vulnerable in this particular scene, and that's the essence of a good arm carry for me.

OTS is probably #1 for me. It generates more excitement. Cradle carry is a close second. I like cradle carries when the villain has one arm under her legs just below her hips and the other arm under the lower part of her back.
The ankle drag is good when the unconscious girl's long hair and her arms are being dragged along above her head.
Arm carry, of course. While getting them into an over the shoulder carry is the hot aspect, carrying them in a classic arm carry really accentuates their body. Their face is usually visible, the arms look lovely, and if they have a skirt, much of their legs and hips are visible.
It has to be the arm carry without a doubt. Like Cuon said, I enjoy it the best when her back is deeply arched and her head is bended backwards and she is all limp and floppy, indicating just how "out" she really is.
In oppose to what most of us like her, I actually prefer to have her mouth closed.
Not a really big fan of OTS, but it's better then nothing at all.
"Jungle style", also called "Pole hanging"
or "hammock-like" with wrists and knees tied to
a carried, horizontal beam, and her head nicely
pending backwards, limp as a noodle...
It is even better if the carriers are nice muscular but
longilinear amazons.

Oh, I like the Jungle-style "Pole hanging" carries!
I may have to do a pic, or commission one from an artist friend, with my character Panther Girl getting transported in this fashion! She was originally somewhat of a jungle girl-type character, so this carry-style would be appropriate.
