When it comes to knockouts Sleepgas is my number one favorite. Hands down.

What I like about it most is that it's the most non-violent way to render the beauty helpless while preserving her beauty and facial expressions :) I've always favored the scenes where the heroine is quickly overcome by the gas as in spray ko's where the villain sprays the heroine in the face and as soon as gas/spray hits her face she begins to feel the effects so her eyes roll up or close and as her body goes limp she exhausts with a nice and helpless moan. Since the villain is close by - he can catch her, preventing her from hitting the ground which has the added benefit of illustrating how limp her body is :)
