There was a old animated series called Super 7.
One episode of Micro Woman and Super Stretch, had a sexy villianess who is barefooted and uses a hypno ring. In the end of the episode her hypno ring was backfired and was put to sleep. A very awesome scene!
Its on Youtube, but its bad quality, can someone find a HD quality of that scene?
